Any forms, or information provided through the website may be stored on their servers in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not store payment information.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to an enquiry, send you updates (where this has been requested), contact you, maintain a membership contract, as evidence of support/approval for project/part of project.
We may share this information with Argyll and Bute Council or other relevant bodies if requested to prove community support or community engagement projects

We keep a database of our members including names and contact information. This information will be reviewed annually and kept as long as it is deemed necessary.
We may keep names and contact information for other purposes for ten years, or sooner if it is no longer needed. We review the information that we are keeping annually.
We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting digital information, or destroying (shredding) physical information.
